المهام و الواجبات
1. Ensures that all patients are treated in a polite, courteous and efficient manner.
2. Verifies eligibility, prepares patient ID Card and (new) Chart if first visit.
3. Prepares accurately the Daily Hospital Activity Report, after mid night.
4. Communicates any changes, or information, to the Supervisor.
5. Explains visiting hours or gives directions to patient’s relatives/visitors
6. Answer telephone.
7. Directs patients to clinic for appointments.
8. Corrects admission errors.
9. Follows through on information not obtained on emergency registrations and admissions/discharge.
10. Ensures continuous quality improvement and patient safety with full compliance to Joint Commission International (JCI) Accreditation Standards.
11. Participates and contribute to Continuous Improvement and Patient Safety, System Control, Staff Development and Fire and Safety.
12. Performs other duties/tasks within the realm of his/her knowledge, skills and ability.
